PLJobs / Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

How PLJobs, operated by Marki Moc, processes personal data in connection with job applications and contact requests. Last updated: 22 August 2026.

1. Data controller and contact

The controller of personal data processed through PLJobs is Marki Moc, operating PLJobs at pljobs.pl, Łódź, ul. Zamojska, Poland. Contact: kontakt@pljobs.pl, tel. +48 602 383 066.

2. What data we collect

PLJobs is a lead-first job platform and does not require an account. Depending on the form you use, we process your first name, last name, telephone number, optional e-mail address, the job or category you select, the content of your message, language choice and technical form-submission information. We ask you not to send special-category data or unnecessary documents through free-text fields.

3. Why and on what basis we process data

  • to receive, assess and respond to a job application or contact request, including contacting you about the selected role;
  • to manage recruitment communication and protect against misuse of the service;
  • to meet legal obligations and establish, pursue or defend claims where necessary;
  • to operate optional marketing and measurement technologies only after your relevant choice.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is your consent, steps taken at your request before entering an arrangement, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

4. Recipients and recruitment partners

Access is limited to authorised PLJobs/Marki Moc personnel and service providers supporting hosting, technical maintenance and communication. Where a particular recruitment process requires it, candidate data may be shared with the recruitment agency, employer or client responsible for that role, only to progress the application and on an appropriate legal basis. If you choose Telegram or WhatsApp, that channel is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy rules.

5. Analytics, pixels and cookies

We use essential storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics, advertising pixels and similar technologies are activated only after you accept the relevant marketing preference. These tools may create measurement events about visits, job views and form interactions. You may change or withdraw the preference by clearing the PLJobs marketing-consent preference or using the choice controls when shown. See the Cookie Policy for details.

6. Retention

We retain application and contact data for the time needed to handle the request and recruitment process, and then in line with our documented retention schedule. Unless a longer period is necessary for legal obligations or claims, the operational target is no longer than 12 months after the recruitment process ends or your last relevant contact. Internal recruitment records are access-controlled.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us at kontakt@pljobs.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. International transfers and security

Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an applicable transfer mechanism required by data-protection law. We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including role-based access and encrypted web communication. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy when the service, our processors or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
