1. Service provider and scope
PLJobs is operated by Marki Moc, Łódź, ul. Zamojska, Poland, contact: kontakt@pljobs.pl, tel. +48 602 383 066. These Terms govern use of pljobs.pl, job information, contact forms and optional application channels.
2. What PLJobs does
PLJobs publishes job information and collects contact leads from candidates and organisations. No user account is required. Submitting a form creates a request for contact; it does not create an employment contract, guarantee an interview, job offer, visa, permit, accommodation or placement outcome.
3. Applications and information
Provide accurate, current and lawful information. Before making a decision, independently verify the employer, contract, pay, location, housing, transport and legal right-to-work conditions. PLJobs may clarify information, contact you about a request, or decline submissions that appear unlawful, misleading, abusive or incomplete.
4. Recruitment relationship
PLJobs may support recruitment communication. The employer, recruitment agency or client responsible for a role decides whether to proceed and on what terms. The employment relationship, if any, is concluded directly between the relevant parties under the applicable documents and law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, collect data by automated means, submit spam or false applications, impersonate another person, or use PLJobs content for unlawful commercial purposes. Job descriptions, text, designs and database content are protected and may not be copied or republished without permission except where law allows.
6. Fees and complaints
Use of candidate contact forms is free unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. For service complaints or technical issues, write to kontakt@pljobs.pl with a description and contact details. We aim to respond within 14 days.
7. Privacy and cookies
Personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy. Optional measurement and marketing technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
8. Availability, liability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every listing remains open. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights that cannot be limited by law. We may change the service or Terms for operational, legal or security reasons; the current version is published here.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. Disputes are handled by the court competent under applicable law.
